Jjimjilbans: There is a modest but expensive (ca. 15 won) one that is well hidden at the far end of the lower basement of the terminal. It is not listed in various guides and signs, but it IS there. In Incheon itself, there is a nice, inexpensive (ca. 5 won) one near one of the subway stations.

The airport can be reached with a couple of transfers from the Seoul train stations, the last transfer is a system transfer inside the Gimpo Airport. The trip costs about $7-$8 U.S.
From the Incheon Airport: go to the first basement, following the signs to the airport train into the new building across the street from the main terminal building. By a plastic ticket to your destination. If you are going beyond Incheon, transfer at the Gimpo Airport to the Seoul subway system, which takes you to hundreds of stops in and around the city, including train and bus stations that connect with the rest of the nation.
