Many of the hotels have hot springs water, in the rooms or in an in-house mokyoktang. Also there's a government-run oncheon that is arguably the best in town. It's:

Hi-Spa It's on the main street. The dressing rooms are on the ground floor, and the baths are in the basement. This place doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the fancier places in Korea, but it's just a good all-round atmosphere. When tired of bathing, go up to the third floor tourist bureau and use their free computers.
