In October, there is the Paekje Cultural Festival, with historical re-inactments. It is shared with another town with historical roots in Paekje.

- The royal burial mound complex on the edge of town (on the road to Nonsan) is open to the public for an average fee. The grounds are pleasant, and one can also picnic there.
- Buyeo National Museum has over ten thousand historical items coming from prehistoric through the end of Choseon times. They include ceramics, metal ornaments, funeral urns,
stone constructions, and stone Buddhas.
