A phrase coined sometime in January after a news program on MBC entitled 그것이 알고 싶다 (That's What I Want to Know). After the scandal surrounding the article on English Spectrum in the Joongang Ilbo on January 18, 2005, the site was closed down temporarily from Korean netizens and a number of anti-foreigner / anti-illegal English teacher groups sprung up. One person interviewed on the MBC news show claimed that "95% of foreign teachers in Korea are illegal", which has since become an oft-used phrase here and there by people opposed to either illegal teachers, or foreigners in general.
